What a great experience with Majurie’s kitchen. Princess the owner was so professional and accommodating. The food was absolutely superb. Great flavor and perfect on spices. Oxtails fell off the bone and we were all licking our fingers. Cheesecake was delicious. If I could say above five-stars I would. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I’m so happy to have found Jamaican food nearby! So far I’ve tried the oxtails & rasta pasta topped with jerk chicken. Absolute 10/10! Everything was perfectly seasoned & fall off the bone tender. Highly recommend!
Majurie's Kitchen is the TRUTH! I ordered the Rasta Pasta made with jerk chicken. It was spicy, creamy, and packed with flavor in every bite. If you’ve been craving a truly authentic Jamaican meal, look no further. They don’t miss! 💯 And if you’re into sweet treats, their homemade cheesecake is heavenly. The taste is better than Cheesecake Factory and the hint of fresh fruit within the filling - BRILLIANT!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Majurie’s Kitchen and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The food was bursting with authentic island flavor — every dish was perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, and clearly made with love and pride!
Marjorie’s Kitchen catered the ham at our staff potluck and it was absolutely amazing. The ham was beautifully glazed, perfectly tender, and full of rich, festive flavor. Each bite had the ideal balance of sweet and savory, making it the centerpiece everyone kept going back for. It brought a warm, celebratory touch to the meal and truly elevated the entire event.
I’ve now placed two orders from Majurie’s. I’ve tried the oxtail, jerk chicken, coconut curry chickpeas, curried shrimp, red snapper, fried plaintains, and rice and peas. Everything has been excellent! It’s so good, it reminds me of growing up on my parents’ cooking, both of whom were excellent cooks. You will not find better, authentic, Jamaican food anywhere in the Metroplex. Trust, me, I’m Jamaican and have tried. Highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed!
This right here is some good ole fashioned home cooked food. I have eaten from Majurie’s Kitchen - Jerk Chicken, Rice and Peas, Plantains, Cheesecake, Tacos, Chicken Sandwich and Oxtails. She does not disappoint and you are guaranteed fresh food. Flavor always on point, but don’t take my word for it contact her for some good food yourself. Today is June 5th 2025 and I just anniliated a jerk plate. Hence the photos. I should have done a before and after but I was not thinking picture when I got my food delivered YES SHE DELIVERS TOO❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The cheesecakes are the best, period. You can tell she puts her heart and soul in her baking which makes the cakes impeccable! Princess did an amazing job catering the cakes for my wedding. All the guests were complimenting on how delicious the cheesecake were, especially the crust!
The food, service and quick turn around was amazing. Princess trully delivered for my 35th birthday, would recommend to anyone wanting authentic Jamaican food for their special event.
